Additionally, we may collaborate with analytics partners to aid in the analysis of usage of our services and identification of our user/customer base. Sensitive Personal Information

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants consumers the right to restrict the utilization of their "sensitive personal information" (as defined in the CCPA) for specific business purposes. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may solicit optional demographic information, such as citizenship, race, disability status, and ethnicity, in association with certain employment opportunities. The provision of this information is entirely at the discretion of the user, and will be utilized solely for purposes related to the provision of our Services. This information may be considered "sensitive personal information" under the CCPA. However, it is important to note that we do not employ sensitive personal information for purposes for which the "right to limit" applies. Additionally, please be aware that if you have enabled a legally-recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal on your device browser, we will acknowledge such preference in compliance with applicable law.

Businesses are required to make available at least two designated methods for submitting such requests, such as a toll-free telephone number and a website address, and to disclose and deliver the requested information free of charge within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request.

Section 1798.135 requires businesses to provide a clear and conspicuous link on their homepage titled "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" that leads to a web page where consumers can opt out of the sale of their personal information.
